1. (Common Noun) An inflammatory disorder of the lower intestinal tract, usually caused by a bacterial, parasitic, or protozoan infection and resulting in pain, fever, and severe diarrhea, often accompanied by the passage of blood and mucus. তল পেট কামুৰি কামুৰি ঘনে ঘনে তেজ-সাঁও পৰা এবিধ ৰোগ ৷ এই বেমাৰ বিভিন্ন ধৰণৰ বেক্টেৰিয়া, পৰজীৱি, বা প্ৰট’জৱাৰ দ্বাৰা সংক্ৰমণৰ ফলত হয় আৰু সঘণাই জ্বৰ হয় ৷
