Maida is widely used not only in Indian cuisine but also in Central Asian and Southeast Asian cuisine. ঘেঁহুৰ পৰা প্ৰস্তুত কৰা অতি মিহি গুড়ি পাউদাৰ৷ পুৰি, পৰঠা আদি তৈয়াৰ কৰিবলৈ ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা হয়৷
