1. (Proper Noun-Feminine) A river of Uttaranchal, that flows infront of Hindu pilgrimage of 'Badrinath'. Bhagirathi and Alakananda together form Ganga. উত্তৰাঞ্চলৰ এখন নদী ৷ যি বদ্ৰীনাথ ধামৰ চৰণ ধুৱাই বৈ আছে ৷ ভাগীৰথী আৰু অলকানন্দা লগহৈ গংগা নাম লৈছে।
