1. (Material Noun-Neuter) A mixture of five spices(aniseed,cumin seed,pepper,black cumin,fenugreek seed) used in S.Asian cooking. ৰান্ধোতে একেলগে ব্যৱহৃত পাঁচ বিধ মচলা যেনে চফ, জিৰা, জালুক, কালজিৰা, মেঠি আদি।
