1. Medical Science(Abstract Noun) Knockkneed is a condition in which the knees are abnormally close together and the ankles far apart i.e. the legs are curved inwards. Females have a wider pelvis than men and a relatively shorter length of the thigh bone, and as a result, have a greater static straight knee than men. Individuals with severe knee deformities are typically unable to touch their feet together while simultaneously straightening the legs.
